The Tricom Research TCR‐HHR‐11 is a highly integrated fly away communications kit for use with an individual single or dual channel handheld radio.
The innovative design integrates a Tricom TCR-MBA-50v2 or TCR-U/L-50 RF Power Amplifier, a TCR-SPK-DUALv2 Amplified Dual-Net Speaker, an AC-DC power supply, and a wide input DC-DC converter.
The case is factory configured for either the AN/PRC-163 or AN/PRC-148C and either version is backwards compatible to an AN/PRC-148 or AN/PRC-152 radio with an optional adapter cable.
The integrated battery cradle holds a pair of BB-2590 batteries providing system backup power for the radio, power amplifier, and speaker.
Egress panels provide easy access for AC or DC power, antenna, radio, and handset connections.
